Victor Thomas Winegardner I, 51 years old of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away on Monday May 3, 2021.
Born April 24, 1970 in Hagerstown, Maryland to Elaine Winegardner (Winters), and the late Joe Porter II.
Victor was a lover of the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing in the river and hunting. He also was dedicated in his profession of carpentry and construction.
He is survived by his mother, Elaine Winegardner, his sister, Lainey Free and spouse Michael of Shippensburg PA, and his other siblings, Joe Porter III, and Beth Ann Winegardner of Pennsylvania, and Patti George, John Thomas, Stephen Craig and Joni Lynn Smith of Virginia. Victor is also survived by his children, Victor Thomas Winegardner II of West Virginia, Marshall Winegardner of Hagerstown, and Cheyenne Winegardner of Hagerstown, as well as 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Victor is preceded in death by his father Joe Porter II and his son Damien Winegardner.
Funeral services are provided by Potomac Valley Cremation Center, 305 N Potomac Street, Hagerstown. Services are private.
