So sad to hear of his passing, sending lots of love and support to his ENTIRE family, his mom, siblings, children and his kids' mom's, Sissy and Joni. When I think of him it seems to me he always had a smile on his face and could always put a smile on my face. Just a good guy gone to soon! ❤️

My sincere condolences to your whole family. I remember many good times hanging with Vic back in our young days before I had my son & turned into a recluse & went to college & raised my boy...haha. Vic had a great sense of humor, & free spirit and a very strong protective side for his family & loved ones. I have always remembered him as someone who has your back & I will continue to remember him that way. He was a gentleman & a genuine, true person when you got to know him. I hung with him & Sissy while she was expecting lil' Vic. We had many good times the 3 of us & I will always be thankful to have been able to call him a "friend". Hugs to his family while they grieve during this difficult time. Tonya R. (Butts) Shives
