Obituary for Sabrina Olivia Burnett

Sabrina Olivia Burnett, 52, of Hagerstown, was called home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2022, after a hard fought battle with cancer. She had an unshakeable faith and trust in the Lord and never lost her faith.
She graduated from North Hagerstown High School Class of 1988 and attended Hagerstown Community College. Sabrina moved to Frederick where she started her career with Aviation.
She was a member of Ebenezer AME Church, Hagerstown. When home she would attend and worship at various churches in the community, including Zion Baptist Church and King’s Apostle Holiness Church.
Sabrina had a love for life and was truly “daddy’s girl.” She was an only child and was the daughter of the late George A. Burnett, III (Pee Wee).
She is survived by her mother Margaret O. (Maggie) Burnett and special friend, Wade Dunston and leaving behind her precious dog “Chloe” , many cousins and friends.
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00am at Christ Reformed Church, 130 W. Franklin Street, Hagerstown, MD, where services will be held at 11:00am with Pastor Donald Marbury, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to Ebenezer AME, Church, P. O. Box 1963, Hagerstown, Maryland 21742.
