Obituary for Robert David Ruck
Robert David “Bobby” Ruck, age 60, of Hagerstown, MD died on July 22, 2022 at Doey’s House surrounded by his family. He was born on June 30, 1962 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Raymond Leroy and Dorothy Lee Ruck.
Bobby enjoyed doing puzzles, coloring and listening to country music. He was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan and loved to watch old westerns on tv.
Bobby was an active member of Mountainview Baptist Church, Hagerstown.
In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his brother Alan Ruck and his sister, Carolyn Baker.
Bobby was the beloved brother of Winnie Stotelmyer, Betty Montgomery, Barbara L. Smith and James Ruck, all of Hagerstown, loving half-brother of Teresa Poole of Hagerstown, Raymond Ruck, Jr. of Smithsburg and Vickie Carroll and her husband Denny of Green Castle, PA, also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 28th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Harman Funeral Home, 305 North Potomac Street, Hagerstown, where funeral services will be held on Friday, July 29th at 1:00pm with Pastor Sean Brumbaugh and Pastor Jeremy Kitchen will be officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
