Phill was an amazing man, he helped everyone he could in his life and showed nothing but love to me and my family. I’ll never forget the great memories we shared and only wish I could have been there when he passed. I’m so heartbroken over just finding this out and now wish I had stayed in better contact and held him closer to my heart.

I will miss my friend, Phil! The things I will miss the most are his laugh, his smile, his wittiness, his love of food and card night! He had love for his family and friends! RIP my friend! Card night will never be the same❤️

Phillip was a convicted felon and a disgraced attorney. He misled his clients. He stole from his clients. He was convicted of felony charges and spent a year in jail, too little time for what he deserved. Afterwards he was disbarred. He spent his remaining time filing the most frivolous lawsuits imaginable against everyone from the prison guards to the judges who were involved in his conviction and even police officers who simply transported him. Every petition was rejected summarily by judges incredulous at his incompetence. RIP, Sweitzer. You won't be scamming again.
