Obituary for Patrick May
We are very saddened to announce the passing of our father, Patrick May, who passed away unexpectedly in Frederick, Maryland on September 27, 2022 after a short illness, surrounded by family.
Pat was born in Chevy Chase, Maryland, son of Paul J. May Jr and Ann Costigan May Nolan, who preceded Him in death. He was one of 10 children and is preceded in death by his sister, Candy Peters, his brother, Christopher May, and granddaughter, Catherine Castro. Pat was also preceded in death by his wife, Loretta May, who died in 2013.
He is survived by his daughter, Tina May Clayton of Graham, North Carolina and his son, Christopher P. May (Cassandra) of Burlington, North Carolina, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and his brothers, Edward May (Lexi), Raymond May (Peggy), Michael May, and Andrew May, Sisters, Kitty Allen (Keith), Bunny May, Janet Stewart (Mitch) and Jill Vaughn.
Pat served his country honorably as a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force/Air National Guard.
Services will be private.
