Norman E (Pete) Howard, age 79 passed away Wednesday, May 4th, 2022, at home. He was born February 8th, 1943, in Sandy Springs, Maryland to the late Richard U (Tom) and Pear M Howard.
Pete was a maintenance engineer for most of his life until retirement. He enjoyed camping, food and his country music.
In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his brother Larry U Howard, Grand-Son Samuel (Sammy) E Adams III, his niece Christine M Langley, infant grand-daughter Elizabeth Bee, infant great-grandson Conner Bee and his loyal loving pet Angel baby girl.
Pete was a loving husband and is survived by his wife of 55 years Lilian P Howard.
He was a devoted father and is survived by his daughters Lisa A Adams and spouse (Eddy), Regina L Whittington and spouse (Charlie), his son James R Howard and spouse (Brittany).
He was the proud grandfather to Krystal D Vance, Danielle J Adams, John T Bee, Joshua A Bee, Dakota A Howard, Carter J Howard, Harliegh Q Howard and Jamison J R Howard.
He was the proud great grandfather to Payton A Fitzgerald.
He was the loving brother to his sister Susan A Langley and spouse (Al) and brother Ronald L Embrey and spouse (Tina)

There will be a Celebration of Life, held at a later date. In honoring Pete’s wishes, there will be no service.
