Obituary for Margaret Lucille Anders (Anders)
Margaret L. Anders, 82, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Doey's House.
Margaret was born on May 26, 1940 in Hagerstown to the late Homer B. and Blanche D. (Gearhart) Anders.
She attended Fairplay School and S. Potomac Junior High, enjoyed traveling with her family, and was a past member of the Fairplay Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Red Hats Club, and Manor Church of the Brethren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, John W. and Edward L. Anders and her brother in law Charles Miller.
Margaret is survived by her brother Carl H. Anders and his wife, Jean, and her sisters Doris C. Miller and Lois E. Brown and her husband, Paul. Margaret is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends will be received at Harman Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac Street, Hagerstown on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, at which time a funeral service will be held. Pastor Steve Humphrey will officiate. Interment to immediately follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
