Judy Marie (Mongan) Garcia, age 62, of Martinsburg, WV died on April 7, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on February 1, 1960 in Keedysville, MD to the late Gerard Giffin and Ethel Mongan.
Judy worked for 4 years as a cook at the AC&T restaurants, until she couldn't work anymore due to her illness.
Judy was the loving and devoted mother of Teresa Hernandez and her husband Gilberto Arcos, Billiejo Mills and her husband Todd, Gary Butts and Paul Butts, Jr., beloved sister of Lisa Reed, proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, precious aunt to 5 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 11th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Harman Funeral Home, 305 North Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD.
