Obituary for Jackie Ann Sowers
Jackie Ann Sowers, age 69, of Hagerstown, MD died on April 15, 2023 at Meritus Medical Center. She was born on December 25, 1953 in Cumberland, MD to the late Donald and Catherine (Payne) Ware.
Jackie will always be remembered for her kindness and generosity to others. She will be greatly missed by friends, family and the many people she knew through her 26 years of owning and managing CJ's Senior Care.
In addition to her parents, Jackie is preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Sowers, her brothers Jeff Ware and Rick Ware, sister-in-law, Thelma Ware, and her best friend and business partner, Charlotte Coyle.
Jackie was the beloved grandmother to Caroline, Cadence, Angel, Aryanna and Dustin, loving sister of Donna Rivers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 28th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at CJ's Senior Care, 145 King Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
