Obituary for Clifford R. Plotner Jr.
Clifford Ronald Plotner Jr, 57, of Falling Waters, WV, passed away Monday, March 8th, 2021.
Clifford, also known as “Junior”, was born on April 8th, 1963 to parents Clifford Sr. and Betty Lou Plotner of Hagerstown, MD. He served in the Army and was honorably discharged in 1986, after completing five years as a reserve. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and riding his motorcycle.
Clifford is survived by his wife of 30 years, Cathy Stotler; daughter Stephanie Propps; daughter Victoria Flynn and her husband, Shawn; his three grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; one chosen brother Anthony Timmons; and numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of traditional funeral services, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
