Cindy Mae Powell, 23, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born January 28, 1997, she was the daughter of Doug and Debby Powell of Waynesboro, PA.
Cindy is survived by son Gabriel Baltimore, sister Denay Rogers, her husband Markie Rogers and their son Chance Rogers of Fairfield, PA, brother Bradley Brant of Hagerstown, MD and grandparents Dave and Donna Pierce of Great Cacapon, WV.
She is preceded in death by grandparents William and Shirley Brant of
Frostburg, MD.
Cindy was an organ donor and will be missed by family and friends.
