Obituary for Carl William Saunders Sr.
Carl William Saunders, Sr, 55, passed away peacefully at Meritus Medical Center on March 28, 2021.
On September 20, 1965, Carl was born to the late Donald Edward Saunders, Sr. and Vera Bernice (Davis) Saunders. Carl enjoyed his time hanging out with friends, playing horseshoes, hunting, and having bonfires.
He is survived by son Carl Saunders Jr. of Boonsboro, MD, daughter Brittany Saunders, brothers Donald Saunders Jr. and wife Bonnie of Boonsboro, MD, Jerry Saunders and wife Tammy of Boonsboro, MD, and Tony Saunders and wife Tara of Boonsboro, MD. He is also survived by his grandchildren Meliyah Cuellar and Jayson Diggs, and the mother of his children, Tammy Crummitt.
He is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Vera Saunders.
Funeral arrangements are being made by Potomac Valley Cremation Center, 305 N. Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
